Confidentiality Statement

Both parties agree to keep all non-public information shared between Tom Opp Consulting and the Client strictly confidential. This includes any business, marketing, sales, financial, operational, or strategic information, as well as any proprietary methods, frameworks, or recommendations provided by Tom Opp Consulting.

• Use shared information only to evaluate or conduct a potential consulting engagement.
• Not disclose it to anyone outside their organization without permission.
• Take reasonable steps to protect the information internally.
• As part of any future of our Consulting Engagement Agreement, both parties willingly agree to a mutual NDA to ensure trust and confidentiality for everyone involved.
